Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Momentumly handles information when you use our Android app, website, support channels, subscriptions, advertising-supported features, and related services.
Last updated: October 5, 2026
Momentumly is a habit tracking, goal planning, notes, journaling, mood check-in, calendar, motivation, focus, and productivity application operated as a Eureka Digital Media brand. We respect user privacy and aim to collect and process only information reasonably needed to provide, maintain, protect, improve, and support Momentumly.
1. Information We May Collect or Process
Account and profile information
If account or profile features are available and you choose to use them, we may process information you provide such as your name, email address, profile details, account identifiers, authentication information, and preferences needed to create, secure, or manage your account.
Content you create in Momentumly
Depending on the features you use, Momentumly may process information you enter into the app, including habits, habit categories, goals, progress updates, notes, journal entries, calendar items, reminders, mood check-ins, streaks, completion history, focus information, preferences, and other content you intentionally provide.
Subscription and purchase information
If you purchase Momentumly Pro through Google Play, Google processes the payment transaction. Momentumly may receive information needed to recognize your subscription or entitlement, such as subscription status, product purchased, renewal or expiration status, and transaction-related identifiers. We do not receive your full payment-card number from Google Play.
Advertising and free-tier information
The free version of Momentumly may display advertising. Advertising services may process device or advertising identifiers, approximate technical information, ad interactions, and related data as permitted by your device settings, consent choices, applicable law, and Google Play policies. Momentumly Pro is designed to provide an ad-free experience.
Device, diagnostics, and usage information
We or service providers supporting the app may process limited technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, language, crash information, diagnostics, performance information, IP-derived network information, and feature interactions. This information may be used to operate the app, troubleshoot problems, protect security, and improve reliability.
Website and support information
When you visit momentumlyapp.com or contact support, we may receive information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address, message, support request, browser or device information, and standard server log information necessary to operate and secure the website.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information to provide app functionality; save and display your habits, goals, notes, journal entries, mood check-ins, reminders, and progress; authenticate or manage accounts where applicable; recognize Pro access; provide support; troubleshoot crashes and technical issues; maintain security; prevent misuse or fraud; improve features and usability; communicate important service or policy information; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Local Storage and Synced or Account Data
Some Momentumly information may be stored locally on your device. Other information may be associated with an account or processed by service providers when a feature requires online functionality. Removing the app from your device may remove some locally stored information, but uninstalling the app does not necessarily delete information associated with an account, support request, subscription record, or service provider. Use the deletion process below when you want to request deletion of your account and associated data.
4. When Information May Be Shared
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate Momentumly and the services you choose to use. These may include app distribution and billing providers such as Google Play, advertising providers used in the free experience, hosting and infrastructure providers, security or diagnostic providers, and support tools. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, investigate abuse or security issues, enforce applicable terms, or protect the rights and safety of Momentumly, Eureka Digital Media, users, or others.
5. Google Play and Third-Party Services
Momentumly is distributed through Google Play. Google may independently process information relating to downloads, device compatibility, purchases, subscriptions, security, advertising, and other Google services according to Google's own privacy terms. When a third-party service is used, its privacy practices may also apply to information it processes.
6. Permissions
Momentumly may request device permissions only when needed for a feature. The permissions available can change as the app evolves. You can review or change many permissions through Android settings. If a permission is optional and you decline it, the related feature may be limited while other parts of the app may continue to work.
7. Advertising Choices
If advertising is shown in the free version, ad personalization and advertising identifiers may be controlled in part through your Android or Google account settings and through consent choices where required. Upgrading to Momentumly Pro provides an ad-free app experience as described in the app.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet, mobile, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
9. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to provide requested services, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legitimate business needs, or comply with legal obligations. Retention periods can vary by data type. Information may be retained longer when required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other lawful purposes. Where appropriate, information may instead be deleted or de-identified.
10. Delete Your Momentumly Account and Associated Data
You can request deletion of your Momentumly account and associated user data without reinstalling the app.
Visit our dedicated Momentumly Account & Data Deletion page or email support@momentumlyapp.com with the subject Momentumly Account Deletion Request.
Please include enough information for us to identify the account you want deleted, such as the email address associated with your Momentumly account. For security, we may need to verify that you are authorized to request deletion of the account.
When a valid account deletion request is completed, we will delete the account and associated user data that we control, subject to limited information that must be retained for legitimate purposes such as security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, accounting, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance. Where retention is required, the information will be limited to the purpose requiring retention and retained only as long as reasonably necessary.
Deleting a Momentumly account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. If you have an active subscription, manage or cancel it through Google Play in addition to requesting account deletion.
11. Requests to Delete Specific Data
If you do not want to delete your entire account but want to ask about deletion of specific information, contact support@momentumlyapp.com. Some app content may also be removable directly inside Momentumly. Availability depends on the feature and app version.
12. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about certain personal data. You may also have rights to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a privacy request, contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
13. Children's Privacy
Momentumly is a general productivity and personal growth application and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us so we can review the matter.
14. International Users
If you access Momentumly from outside the United States, information may be processed in countries where Momentumly or its service providers operate. Privacy and data protection laws can differ between countries.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Momentumly changes, when our data practices change, or when legal or platform requirements change. We will update the “Last updated” date on this page when revisions are published. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or other appropriate channels when required.
