Delete Your Momentumly Account & Data

This page provides an external way to request deletion of your Momentumly account and associated user data without needing to reinstall or open the app.

How to request account deletion

Email Momentumly Support using the button below. Use the subject Momentumly Account Deletion Request and send the request from, or identify, the email address associated with your Momentumly account.

If the button does not open your email app, send your request directly to support@momentumlyapp.com.

What happens after a request

We may ask for reasonable verification to confirm that the requester is authorized to delete the account. After a valid request is processed, Momentumly will delete the account and associated user data that we control, subject to limited retention described below.

Data associated with the account

Depending on the features you have used, account-associated data may include profile information, habits, goals, progress updates, notes, journal entries, mood check-ins, reminders, calendar information, preferences, and other content associated with the account.

Information that may be retained

Limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, accounting, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance. Any retained information is limited to the purpose requiring retention and is not kept longer than reasonably necessary.

Google Play subscriptions

Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate. Deleting your Momentumly account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play as well.
